Export and retention
Export is the only copy that survives a session. Zero retention is a promise, not a setting.
Formats
Download the Refined ticket as HTML or Markdown, or send it to Google Drive after connecting your Google account. Drive export needs the trial or subscription.
Deletion
Session content, suggestions, activity and agent credentials are deleted when the host closes the session or automatically after 24 hours without activity. Account and billing records remain so the subscription can operate.
Before you close
Mark the ticket ready, export it, then close. The close dialog reminds you: export first, this cannot be undone.
