From idea to refined ticket

One shared draft. Clear decisions. A ticket ready to build.

Write with your team, answer focused questions in Grill, then review the Refined version. AI proposes changes. Your team decides what stays.

Recorded in the product

Built for shared decisions

Less meeting. More decision.

Four parts of one flow turn scattered context into a ticket the team can build.

One draft. Everyone current.

Write together in real time instead of reconciling notes after the call. Invite the team with one link. Presence, attribution, and live updates keep everyone on the same version, whether they are writing, reviewing or following the discussion.

Realtime · Presence · Attribution

The shared draft with two participants present: avatars in the header, a guest caret in the text and a joined row in the activity feed.

AI proposes. Your team decides.

Ask for a clearer outcome, a missing edge case, or tighter acceptance criteria. Select a passage to focus the review. Refinements shows the proposed change beside the draft: accept it, reject it, discuss it, or keep writing. Nothing rewrites your draft silently.

Inline suggestions · Accept or reject

A pending AI replacement shown inline as a deletion and an insertion, with its Accept and Reject card beside the paragraph.

Find the gaps before engineering does.

Move from drafting to Grill: a focused interview about the feature. Set the depth, then answer concrete questions about scope, rollout and risks. One operator submits the answers while teammates follow live. The decisions become input for the next version, not another set of disconnected meeting notes.

Focused rounds · One operator · Team present

A Grill round: the current question, the operator answer field and the participants list.

Leave with the ticket—not a follow-up.

Your draft and Grill decisions become an editable Refined version. Review the outcome, acceptance criteria and remaining questions together. Mark it ready, export the result, then close the session. Keep the ticket where your team works; session content is deleted on close.

Three stages. One current ticket.

  1. Refinements · shared draft

    01Draft together

    Start with whatever you have.

A sentence is enough. Choose a template, invite the team, and shape the same live draft. Review each AI suggestion before it becomes part of your ticket.

  2. Grill · team discussion
The first Grill round with its question, the answer field and the Enough for now control.
    02Answer focused questions

    Answer what the draft cannot.

Grill is a guided question-and-answer session about your feature. One operator submits answers while the team follows live, resolving scope, assumptions, and edge cases together.

  3. Refined · ready for handoff

    03Leave with the ticket

    Review, mark ready, export.

Turn the draft and your decisions into a reviewable v2. Edit it together, mark it ready, and export before closing the session. The full flow requires the card-backed trial.

Made together

Good work.
Even better together.

Turn an idea into a feature as a team. The planned keepsake gives you a little memory of the people who made it happen, after your ticket is ready.

Working together has never felt so easy.

Your context. Human decisions.

Context in. Better questions out.

A lean ticket and a full delivery brief need different questions. Set the depth, audience, and rollout context before Grill. AI works from your draft and answers; your team decides what belongs in the ticket.

  1. 01

    You set the context

Choose Lean, Standard, or Full. Say who will read the result and whether rollout and regions matter.

  2. 02

    Questions follow the draft

Grill uses the current draft and earlier answers. One operator answers while the rest of the team follows live.

  3. 03

    Your team keeps control

Accept or reject suggestions in Draft. Review and edit the Refined v2 before marking it ready, then export before closing.

How export works

Common questions

Things teams ask before starting.

Quick answers about working together, AI suggestions, the free preview and your subscription.

Does AI rewrite the ticket for us?

No. In Draft, AI proposes changes you accept or reject. After Grill, it creates a reviewable Refined v2. Your team edits it and decides when it is ready.

What happens in Grill?

Refinements asks focused questions about the current Draft. One operator submits answers while the team follows live. Those decisions become input for the Refined v2.

Do we need a polished brief to start?

No. A sentence, a problem, or a rough feature idea is enough. Choose a template and improve it together.

Can several people work on the same ticket?

Yes. The editor and Grill update in real time. Invited guests join free with the host's link.

Does every teammate need a subscription?

No. Only the host subscribes. Invited guests join free, and access within the session follows the host's plan or preview allowance.

What do you retain?

Session content is deleted when the host closes the session, or automatically after 24 hours of inactivity. Export is the only way to keep the result. Account and billing records remain so the subscription can operate.

What is in the free preview?

One session, three AI reviews, and one Grill round. Start the 7-day trial to create the Refined ticket, run more sessions, or export the reviewed result.

What happens after the trial?

Your €29 monthly subscription starts after 7 days. A card is required when you start the trial, and you can cancel before renewal.
